Signs - and not The Five Man Electric Band kind

I have found a use for the camera on my cell phone. It is perfect for capturing those goofy signs that seem to be everywhere - The Five Man Electric Band was right about that. As long as I remember to turn on the white balance on the camera, the pictures turn out OK - I have forgotten to a few times and apologize for the quality of some of these.

#1 - Look what I found on a Plan-O-Gram

This was inside the plastic wrap they were supposed to remove when they stocked the tables on the end cap. Maybe they should have read the Spanish instructions which were below the English ones.

#2 - We don't need no stinking proofreading

This comes from the Dingo Dog Bone website. I guess consistency doesn't count. My dogs don't care - they still love the bones.

#3 - Don't Shoot!

The name of the business is...interesting to say the least. Note that there are no minimums - except for the minimum of 12 wallets.

#4 - It just seems so...incomplete

What should I feel free to do?

#5 - I wish them well too.

They were nice women and made a mean Chicken and Bacon Wrap. Grammar just wasn't their strong suit.

#6 - Parties and Party's, but no Parti Colored Cocker Spaniel

English isn't their 1st language, but I'm letting them slide on this one because the food here ROCKS!

Overheard at work...

The following is a true story - I couldn't make this up**...

Sales Rep: Why can’t we ship to Hawaii by Ground shipping?

Order Management: Because there is a big ocean between us and them and every time the trucks drive into it, the drivers drown.

Sales Rep: Well, what about Alaska? Can’t we ship there using Ground shipping?

Order Management: Well, there is a whole country (Canada) between us and Alaska and they don’t like us driving through it whenever we feel like it.

Sales Rep: But there is a whole section of Alaska that is down by California.

Order Management: --blank stare--

He’s right…there is a whole section of Alaska that is down by California. And Hawaii is just south of Texas!

**Parts of the above were paraphrased. I was laughing too hard to hear every word!
